Considering Bowen scored a couple tries and Schifcofske scored none and made no line breaks, i can't see them dropping Bowen for Schifcofske. His best chance is replacing Ty Williams, but you would think that Hodges is infront of him doing that after Jonathan Thurston is kicking for goals now.

Shifcofske's value to the Origin side is not just his goalkicking, he is the best defensive fullback in the competition, or Qlds at least, and he is not devoid of attacking brilliance. He should be there.chaminda_00 said:

Tahu & Gower in for injured Rooney & Wing
This is good news for Qld. NSW will lack spark off the bench, and Tahu is terrible in defence, especially compared to Rooney, however he is probably more attacking.

Yeah, all but gone. Good to see Harrison in there, Nutley too, but they are the only positive moves. Anasta & Johns will be loving it - Bowen and Williams at the back - bomb-a-thon. Sing won't see any of the ball, because the attack won't go out his way. Tahu will go out to Williams' side, and Bowen will get turned around and crunched everytime he gets the ball.broncoman said:

Carlaw mad 2 hit ups last origin (from memory)...so hardly a big loss for you guys, but WTF are the NSW selectors doing picking Tahu, i mean he has just missed about a month of footy and then was very average against Stuarts team on friday night...Guyer from the storm would have been a much better option imo.
