Depending on Steve and Warner IMOWon’t be surprised if Uzi misses the Ashes
Any 100 is creditworthy but it will be hard to ignore his failures when it actually matters
Four too many. You know it. Everyone knows it. They stink here. Always have. Shouldn’t be on the programThey get like four tests a decade here
Nah, the competition is our best opener since Hayden and the best bat since Bradman. He misses.the competition is like, Ian Blackwell (but leg spin) and Nick Knight, or something
As I said in test selection thread, given these last two tests, I believe the following is now a lock for Aussie XII in first ashes testWon’t be surprised if Uzi misses the Ashes
Any 100 is creditworthy but it will be hard to ignore his failures when it actually matters
Travis Head can bat. Been a shining light in a **** summerAnd Travis Head now averages 51.00 in test cricket
The best opener since Hayden replaces the No Longer In Form Marcus Harris (or joe bruns) and the best bat since Bradman replaces Manus Island...? Usman only misses out if you're still want to keep one of those two in the team...?Nah, the competition is our best opener since Hayden and the best bat since Bradman. He misses.
And just as we thought the strangest selection was that the 3rd best keeper in Tasmainia gets selected for Aus keeper and then Aus captain, and then a player that has never played FC cricket replaces Khawaja at 3, even though he scored a 100 in his last test. Omg I love our selectors**** him. Bertus in for Khawaja
I agree, my question was should a non FC player replace himLike he literally cannot play a proper forward press. And he’s been a test player for eight years. Time to move on
Still a solid chance of a draw if there's rain about.Wow, is the result this much of a formality?
