True.

I do like Burns and think he'll go well. He has limitations though.
Well he can at least build an innings. Harris needs to go back to FC and work his game out. Warner and Burns is a decent enough combo. A lot depends on Khawaja coming good but if that does happen Australia have a decent lineup with great bowling.

Labaschagne definitely needs to make way for Smith for the Ashes. No question at all that he's the weakest link in this team at the moment.

Labuschagne has been given 5 tests and averages 26.25

Harris has been given 6 tests and averages 32.70

Pretty easy to determine who Smith and Warner replace next test

Yeah honestly:

Surfie
Mastermind
Koala
TPC
Concrete Feet
The less offensive KP
Temporary captain
Sir Patrick
Mr Alyssa Healy
Goat
Shadow/Haze

Looks like a pretty decent side.

Khawaja has hit around six or seven hundreds. Two of them are the most memorable hundreds (vs SA at Adelaide and vs Pak in the UAE). When he hits a hundred they're usually really important.

This summer he's been woeful though.

With 40 overs to go today, Aus should go for 119 runs of 28 overs ( to make 500 lead) and have 10 over crack at SL tonight

he's certainly under pressure imo but yeah dropping him would be too extreme when the competition is maaaarnus and harris

Pretty good bowling effort in the 3rd innings, for just a minute there we had the opening bowlers bowling some good areas and extracting just enough movement to nip out early wickets, then Dilruwan came on and kept the pressure on, I think if we had a better 3rd seamer and a more able container for a spinner this match could have gone a lot differently
