the problem with jeets:

he's pretty accurate but not metronomic

he bowls quick and flat, but not as much so as someone like Jadeja

he gets decent revs, but doesn't give it a rip

he's a no-man's land spinner.

Jeets has his land; it's a green and pleasant land. A land where leisured and borderline evil aristocrats devised this whole sport, only for New Zealand to make it sort of dreary and uninspired and stale-witted, full of lamentations.

Frankly it's more meritorious than being good in New Zealand, where only the dubious cream of Tastle and Ajaz Patel rises to the surface.

Pakistan really are worse, but we have plummeted in the field since Bmac departed. Could be one of the few disadvantages to having such a mild mannered skipper. They just lack intensity & accountability in the field.

Scary thing for NZ is I didn't think Maharaj was consistent at all 1st innings, and he nailed a 5-fer. Think he can bowl a lot better than that.
