If I were you, I'd ask my captain to promote me from having to come out and attack at the end of the innings. You're too good a batsman to keep in that role.

If I were you, and he doesn't promote you, this thread might eventually make me cry.

Decent game by the Blacks just couldnt put a partnership together in the alst 15 to 20 overs. Good overall but just didnt have the skill to get over the line. Keep going though we are almost there

Excellent win. The Colts keep getting off to solid starts against us, but Halsey ripped them apart and Nath and Trav knocked over the tail. Another brilliant century from Andrew as well, and I got my fourth half-century in six games this season, so I can't complain about that either.

This thread already makes me cry tbh. I look at the blues scorecards, realise I haven't been selected, and then cry. Then I pick myself up, tell myself that patience is a virtue and that my day in the sun will be just around the corner and then the next game arrives and I check the scorecard, see that I haven't made the team and I cry some more.

It's a vicious cycle.
