Stephanie's already head of creative.
Which is probably the reason we're putting up with so much crap on WWE TV lately. Nothing against Stephanie, I've always liked her a lot as a personality, but she needs to excercise some stricter control amongst the writers so as to get some quality stuff out of them.

Any predictions for the New Years Revolution PPV coming up?

I can only think of one outcome, John Cena is the first man that comes out, outlasts all 6 competitors, takes the Angle Slam, Ankle Lock, Masterlock, Chokeslam, Tombstone, Sweet Chin Music, whatever, but then somehow gets his magical move out of nowhere and RETAINS.

Cue, Cena's music,

Joey Styles and Jerry Lawler going 'He overcame all the odds blah, blah, blah' as the crowd is booing the hell out of Cena holding up his title as we fade to black.

Cena to deliver the most devestating move in wrestling history, the FU, on Angle after already destroying everyone else with it. Me to yell at the screen when it happens

Well, I don't know what to say.

Every man in creative has been hand-picked by Stephanie. An example of dictatorship if I've ever seen one.

Anyway, the biggest problem right now is Johnny Ace. He's the saddest excuse for a Talent Relations man I've ever seen. The decision to release lower-level talent ultimately lies in his hands, which is why we still see gay ****o stars like Chris Masters on screen, whereas Christy and Charlie Haas have to ply their trade in the indies. It didn't help that Molly Holly and Tajiri asked for their releases, either.

As far as NYR is concerned, you're all wrong! Cena, the mastermind that he is, will FU the entire ring, and Elimination Chamber through the announce table, instantly killing everyone in it, and therefore, retaining. Not before we a skit in which JR tells us that announcing the EC is what ruined his voice, and led to him being fired from the job. And then he shoots himself.

That was hilarious. His dialogue to the Cena fan was downright LOL material.

The funniest part was Benoit pacing up and down wishing he could work the crowd like that.
LOL!

"I wish I didn't see you!"

Completely destroyed the poor fan there!

i was about to ask if anyone had played it myself, is it any good ? i was thinking about getting it, last wrestling game i got was here comes the pain a few years back, has the game developed and changed enough to make this new one worth getting ? seeing as tesco sell it for less than £25 i thought it would be worth a shot but am unsure...

The new one is really good, especially with the GM mode, etc. I'd say it's worth a go.

Anyone got Raw vs Smackdown? Pretty decent game so far, bit hard for me though
Yeah, I got the game and I think it's a heap of fun. The GM mode is worth the price alone, and it's awesome creating rivalries, developing your rosters and perfecting your ratings. Also I think the graphics and entrances are superbly done. Plenty of legends to keep you entertained, and probably the last time you'll see Christian Cage and Eddie Guerrero on a WWE Game. All in all, I'd give it a 4/5.

Here's a gift for us Australian fans, here's the latest full episode of TNA Impact which aired on Christmas Eve on Spike TV. Since it goes for over an hour, it's recommended that you should have Broadband Internet access to watch it. I'm hoping that Foxtel or someone picks up the rights to TNA Impact and shows it regularly in 2006, but that's looking slim.

I can say that this one episode of TNA Impact was more entertaining than any WWE Raw show I've seen this entire year. TNA's got something special going on, and I'm hoping they keep producing top quality shows like this one.

Enjoy!

the season mode is also excellent, the voice overs are very high quality and captures the real atmosphere of Raw or Smackdown shows very well indeed.

Yeah, the voice overs are really well done. But the season mode on Smackdown: Here Comes The Pain was much, much more well done. The season mode in this years game is very, very linear with just one basic storyline for either Raw or Smackdown. Obviously they couldn't record so much voice over for different storylines, where as in HCTP it was text driven and therefore there were at least 20 odd storylines you could go through. But the GM mode is my favourite and the game is worth getting just for that.
