In local cricket I've deliberately asked spectators who complain about the umpiring to have a go at umpiring, its so funny watching them show how good real umpires are and I expect most of the posters that go on about the umpires here would be exactaly the same.
Unpires do the best job they can and people complaining will not make them perfect thats what you need to realise, the umpires just go out and do the best job they can. They dont make the rules and they dont decide how decisions are made.
