Yep....get his 35th century, double it and smash England's new-found Test fortunes into a reversal.PAKMAN said:tendulker gone on 94 guess hel hav to wait to break the record ,well played tho
Never mind the 'little time'- just start pounding the bowling without thinking twice- there have 422 runs behind them.KishanTeli said:Now that Sachin is out, I think they need to pick up the scoring a touch. Not sure about the chances of rain but rather be safe then sorry!
Looking for VVS to start scoring, Karthik needs a little time in the middle first esp against the new ball.
Unlucky....but is there an impending ICF invasion here? I just spotted one yesterday.Sehwag309 said:Something about 94
This time, he survived bat/pad catch early in the innings and got out on 94
Last time, Dravid Declared he was stuck on 194
9 and 4 = 13
Oh nevermind
Im not talking about batting 100 balls for 10 runs. Im just saying he needs 5/10 overs to get settled. Not as if the guy has 100 tests behind him, he needs time in the middle. His place is by no means secure so the last thing he needs is to get out trying to 'pound the bowling' and looking a little foolish.Arjun said:Never mind the 'little time'- just start pounding the bowling without thinking twice- there have 422 runs behind them.
Laxman is a player who likes to score quickly. He's a stylist and can play a wide variety of shots. Even if he's just chipping balls on the on-side (3 boundaries in a Naved-ul-Hasan over) regularly or running hard between wickets, he just has to score quickly because he has a massive platform built for him.KishanTeli said:Im not talking about batting 100 balls for 10 runs. Quit the goatmouthing- on another forum, this has led to Dhoni's early exit repeatedly in local matches.I'm sure your of the opinion Pathan needs to hit a few sixes Arjun
Invasion? sorry, I don't followArjun said:Unlucky....but is there an impending ICF invasion here? I just spotted one yesterday.
I'm from the North-East (Chembur), the darker part of the city- not as active or vibrant as Andheri, Bandra, Worli or Fort, but not as deserted as the newer extensions of the city.KishanTeli said:Arjun, im just playing round, no offence intended.
Where in Mumbai are you from? I just came back from Mumbai a couple of months ago.
NJ was here briefly, at just about this time.Sehwag309 said:Invasion? sorry, I don't follow
Are you an old maid? Don't believe in such foolish superstitions.Arjun said:Quit the goatmouthing- on another forum, this has led to Dhoni's early exit repeatedly in local matches.
Maybe you have not heard of SportNetwork ICF. Repeatedly, they posted their great expectations about "Almighty" Dhoni before he came out to bat, only for him to be out a short while later.Gangster said:Are you an old maid? Don't believe in such foolish superstitions.
