Would be interesting to see what excuse Inzi comes up after the defeat, Inzi shouldn't say that his team was inexperianced , as all his four bowlers happen to have been experianced. Also Inzi shouldn't whine about the unavailability of Shoaib, as we all know Inzi wanted Shoaib out of the team.

Frankly Indian public are being deprived of a competitive cricket match by the lousy Pakistani team.

I think they'd be better waiting till they're at the "head and shoulders above the rest of the teams" stage before doing that.

But against the likes of Pakistan, they can afford to field their second best and still beat them with ease!

there's still time, but i'm hoping from some urgency...2 days left, lead of 80-odd, and tendulkar looking tentative against sami/kaneria.

On Zee News yesterday, Madan Lal blasted Gautam Gambhir's reckless approach as he tried to hit a Kaneria delivery over on-side, sayign that these little 30's and 40's don't count. But does it really matter? They already made an opening partnership of over 100 at an imposing run-rate, to allow the out-of-form middle-order to take their time to settle without letting them slow things down. Moreover, Gambhir's attacking instincts with the bat should be praised, since he was looking to take the Pakistani attack by the scruff of the neck and deliver a knockout blow by hitting them all over and running hard. It's better than playing out 80-odd dot-balls or hogging the strike just to achieve personal milestones to stay in the side- no, this is not about Sachin's 35th century, but those ball-blockers who opened for India in the past. With a batting lineup that is predominantly defensive (at least 4 defenders), they need more attackers.

So what? It's just an individual record. Does that make the Indian team a lot better? This obsession with individual records has always gone against team interests. He can score as many centuries as he can, but the team has to win more matches. JUST IN- he's out
