I know he took a good one last game and one here, but Ishant scares me when positioned for the hook. Hide him somewhere else pls.

Ishant has improved so much since 2014, different bowler altogether. And Bumrah has been such a revalation, I was so scared when they played him in SA thinking he will spray it all around and leak runs, plus I felt he would tire out easily. Thankfully I was wrong on all accounts :laugh:

If Ishant can get his average to ~32 and strike rate to ~60 by the end of his career, it would have been a great redemption

That game against Pakistan was different mainly because Australia had a semi- competent batting lineup. We even had multiple batsmen with first class averages north of 40.

Just because a batsman grows up in Western Australia doesn't mean they can play the pull shot. The WACA has been dead flat during Harris' formative years Ann's even during that time he was mediocre until he moved to the flat Melbourne wicket.
