***Official*** India in West Indies

Only bowler ever to play game of Cricket = RamNaresh Sarwan. :)

Whoever thinks Venugopal Rao as an ODI prospect is an idiot. The guy should be played in Tests and not in ODIs. It is obvious from day 1. India were 200 in 35th over. So in last 10 overs we have scored 26 runs.

So why the hell is Venugopal in the ODI squad? He has shown no promise whatsoever apart from one grinding innings in Abu Dhabi, which was itself based on a good deal of luck. Rohit Sharma better tear Australia A to smithereens so we don't have to tolerate this Venu **** anymore.

Yeah I was thinking that when I saw the team as well. You know what makes it even more stupid that they didn't, its not like they had two regular openers playing, Dravid could easily have slotted back into the middle order and Uthappa could have opened. Uthappa in one innings has almost scored more than Rao in his ODI career. Just illogical really.
Yeah, I dont understand what they were thinking. With Yuvraj not playing today, only expereinced batsman in the middle order was Kaif.

The only guy in our team who wouldn't be wasted at 10 is Venugopal Rao.
And Munaf and RP Singh perhaps.
Add Agarkar and VRV Singh (who's actually in the squad).

Rao had a strike rate of 42....that's so unacceptable when you are coming in as low as he is that it's not even funny.

Then fans wonder why Sehwag is out of form.....we can guess why when the rest of the team bats like that

Does this rank as one of the most pathetic death overs batting performances of all time?
It seems the West Indians seem to have exploited the weak link in the Indian batting lineup well (guess who?)
