Yes, he's mistaken about that.marc71178 said:
If Tendulkar performs best at 4, I can't imagine how he'd fare elsehwere. I mean with his mighty scores of 1 (3), I hope he doesn't injure himself with all that strokeplay.marc71178 said:Why move your best batsman away from where he performs best?
I'd say India 60-40 to win. With three days to go, so much can still happen! Remember on Day 3 at Lahore, Pakistan was in a better position as they were only 3 down, but collapsed until Kamal stood up. So after tomorrow, we should be able to give more concrete odds.Sehwag309 said:India 75-25 to win this Test Match
What does everyone feel?
Rahulpindi might go to make 200 and tendulkar won't like him doing
Dishnetwork is giving that feed to Willow.tv, we are seeing the same commentators. I heard that too, but I can't forget the 2 good ones. Sami got hit so many times, Jones said "Sami's got more hits than the Beatles". Also, when Sami got hit in the crotch and Nehra was going back to finish the over, Shep told sami " Youv'e got 2 balls left". There was a really funny comment on the telecast of the match. (I was watching on Willow.tv so I don't know which feed it was.) I believe it was Robin Jackman and Dean Jones commentating, Jones for sure. After a particularly nasty delivery from Akhtar, Jackman said something to how had Jones been at the crease for that shot, he would have nicked it to the keeper. Jones responded, "My name's Jones, not Tendulkar."
I couldn't stop laughing
I don't know the intensity of his pain, but I think Marshall bowled once with a fractured left hand.Lions81 said:On an unrelated note, poor Akhtar. Injures his non-bowling wrist and can't bowl anymore. What is that? Play through it man. Pakistani fans, dont get mad, you know I really like Akhtar as a cricketer and admire him, so it really came a shock when he came off the field and didn't come back all day.
About that boot incident, his knee was slanting towards the ground, the ball had to hit the ground to pop like that..watched the tape. Thats what I see, applying my poor physicsluckyeddie said:There's not a lot of lateral movement, but there is some if the bowler is prepared to bend his back. The scoring has been relatively quick after lunch, but some of the Pakistani seam bowling has been pretty woeful at times (i.e. the Indian batsmen have scored off the balls they could reach). McDravid is having as many lives as Flintoff at the moment - not just the drop at cover but a couple of really streaky edges through the slips, the one onto his boot which was inconclusive (no ultra-vision in this game).
Not if it was a magic ball.Sehwag309 said:About that boot incident, his knee was slanting towards the ground, the ball had to hit the ground to pop like that..watched the tape. Thats what I see, applying my poor physics

marc71178 said:No, you said that after thrashing Pakistan (if you indeed do, which looks likely, but you can never tell, Pakistan have come back from similar positions recently) you'd move into 3rd above England as well.
That link tells you that 3-0 will secure England 3rd.

He compared the bowling performance of India and Pak team and commented that unlike Indian pacers Pak pacers were not able to swing the ball at all, and it seems to be a "lost art" in Pakistan!!
