Gee, it's just one wicket.:rolleyes:mavric41 said:Is this the start of the collapse? Shewag just charged down the wicket and got stumped. 2/79
Yeah! This is one of the first matches I've experienced where TWO people made double centuries and the game still looks like it'll end in a result! :wow:Mister Wright said:Don't go discounting Australia yet guys. Neither MacGill or Bichel have bowled Australia to victory in a tight situation and this is their biggest chance yet. They are both fighters and love a challenge. But whatever happens this is one of the great tests. Over 1000 runs in both teams first innings and there still will be a result. AMAZING!!!

Only once has a batsman scored a double hundred and a single hundred in the same game and still lost. 10 points to guess who that batsman is...
Nope. Try again.krkode said:Gavaskar? Bradman?
Correct. And he has a shot at doing it again...vishnureddy said:Brian Lara Vs Sri Lanka ?
Knowing all these prior to the series, most of u predicted 4-0( or 3-0 with some curse to rain) in aus favour.McGrath's absence wasn't counted then? Why it is only now?marc71178 said:mainly because Australia don't have McGrath or Warne - if one or both of them were playing, it'd be a different story IMO)
Hmm... He is bowling in the 140's too :Omarc71178 said:He bowled in the 2nd Innings, so make your own mind up!
That's got to be the stupidest shot ever played:!( . The ball spinning from way outside leg to way outside off with MacGill bowling round the wicket and he comes down the wicket :!( . That's what we come to expect from Mr.Sehwagmavric41 said:Is this the start of the collapse? Shewag just charged down the wicket and got stumped. 2/79
I must say, I'm surprised to see an "if" comment from you, Marc. If India had Khan, we'd have shown a stronger first innings performance. If Tendulkar didn't bow out so early, he'd have scored runs. If Dravid and Laxman didn't play so well, India wouldn't be in this position. We know.marc71178 said:The key word there is "should" - I'm glad to see that you recognise that it is not yet a foregone conclusion, and if any side can come from this position to win the game, then it's Australia.
for me, it's about 65-35 in favour of India (mainly because Australia don't have McGrath or Warne - if one or both of them were playing, it'd be a different story IMO)
I can name a couple more...vishnureddy said:That's got to be the stupidest shot ever played:!( .
There's no need or reason to laugh at that. It's still very much possible.amits said:Just 39 needed to win and as many as 6 wickets still in hand.
INDIA HAS WON THIS MATCH.
