I'm just wondering: if a 4 is hit off of a noball, I know it counts as 5 runs, but does that count as 1 noball or 5 noballs?

If it counts as only 1, Lee bowling 15 noballs is quite ridiculous! :O
It's counted as 1 no-ball and 5 runs, 4 of which go to the batsman. With wides it's different, if the ball goes for 4 and it's given as a wide, it's given as 4 wides, same with byes and leg-byes.

Good new year for Sachin...:D
Laxman...u really love the aussy challenge..congrats for the stylish 100
More than half his hundreds are against them. :wow:

Thanks for the info, Rik, which makes me stand by the original comment. 15 noballs is about what one would expect from a whole innings. Here it's just Lee! Oh wait, now it's 17! :wow:

Sachin normally never allows his fellow batsman to overtake him while playing together. This is interesting to see Laxman races to reach sachin's level and then sachin jumps a bit further ahead of that and the game goes on....:D :D

Laxman is in (relative terms) good form. Tendulkar is just finding it, which is what makes him great. He can come out and make a great hundred even when he's in "bad form." It isn't like his other hundreds, but it's a good one nonetheless. I'm glad. :D

India 506 for 3.....a struggling Tendulkar at 154 :wow: and Laxman majestic at 165 :O .....partnership 312 and going strong.....if Australia beat India in this test, they would be the most deserving side in the world to win a series ever.....however I honestly cannot see that happening.....I really hope Tendulkar can hit some form now....would make things really interesting....:P

From here, India should concentrate on reaching atleast 650.....would shut the Aussies out of the game for good.....

Laxman gone for a very very special 178....a partnership of 351 with Sachin......now it's Saurav and Sachin.....547 for 4.....come on India....you can score another hundred....

Gillespie is the only bowler to get some respect from the Indians and some results.....rightly so....since he is by far the best bowler on both sides.....and big bad Brett Lee gets hammered.....kind of puts things in perspective.....

Lees rythm seems to have been upset since the time where he got the edge turned down, then the catch behind off a noball and the dropped catch. than he started bowling lots of no balls than and this morning he changed his run, which screwed him, coming back abit now will have to see how he goes now, hopefully better. Tendulkar and Laxman could have afforded to attck a little more during their partnership, they could have been another 50 in front by now

You are very biased are you?

If you think he has been bowling well you have been at the pub.

i have said previously that his rythm was nowhere today, having said that, there are only 10 good balls per innings, 5 have been bowled so far and he has 2 of them
