All right guys, todays judgement day.. I'm rooting for Holland and Bermuda...

I am curious to know on what basis were the groups allotted. To give you an idea of the relative strength of Group B vs. Group A... Oman who have been THRASHED by everyone in Group B failing to get to reach 100 against any team except Canada beat both Bermuda and Denmark in the warmup games. Other than Ireland, I believe any team from Group B can beat all teams from Group A.. This is really unfair to the Group B teams ...

the B poul is soo tough!
im really hoping that holland will qualify but just like me, not many dutchies believe we will finish in top 2..i guess we have to go for the 5th spot :(

Evidently Amjad Khan's back problems are solved (he took three for 24 for Kent yesterday). Get a move on to Ireland, mate!

On that note, Ireland 27/2 against Denmark. Get that Joyce...

Probably a delayed start. I'm getting right behind Denmark. Would love them to play in the World Cup and get ODI Status

USA is out of this tournament now, no doubt.

What I dont get is....WHY in the world is USA playing players over 40 who cannot play cricket for their life??? The only player that should be in the squad right now is Massiah. He is the best batsman in all of United States, and isn't that old either...but the rest are like 40-50 years old. I just don't get why US has these old players.

Our young players are not worse. I live in United States, I play for a club in NJ...I've seen talent in and out side of NJ. Their have been tournaments in Chicago, LA, Connecticut and all over US that I've been too, that were held by the USACA. And at these tournaments, I've seen talent from players who are 18-25 years old who are way better than these 40 years old players.

Well an "Americas U19" side got steamrollered in the West Indies last year, and the USA U19 team came off very much the worse against Trinidadian club sides over Christmas. So yeah, much improved... (!)
