Yup...they've done it. Cricket is not dead and buried in The Netherlands.

Great bowling. This team has a future; please please give them the opportunities Scotland have had.

Baz is the hero of Holland once again. Go Baz! he shouldn't have been released by Sussex.
Why not?

He wasn't good enough, I know it's harsh, but that's the way the cookie crumbles.

In his only innings in 2003 he scored a fifty and they still released him. He was a useful batsman in the 20/20 as well. he was a very capable player.

As a scotland fan, i'm absolutely delighted with this win. Addiing to the Intercontinental cup triumph last year, we're are starting to fulfill our potential. Players like Durham's Kyle Coetzer are good prospects, but we need more young players playing county cricket so they get better coaching and more experience at a higher level. There's also talk of a regular encounter between England and Scotland, which would really help raise the profile of the game here and also bring in revenue.

Now, I only hope the ICC does give these teams exposure. I really don't foresee them playing too many games other than the Champions Trophy Qualifiers (whenever they are) and the World Cup...
