Yes.Surely.so if you're not really working out, you're going to gain a lot of weight very quickly.
Even I have achieved this recently.

Gym's have become real popular in the urban areas in the last 4/5 years. Pretty sure most domestic teams these days have some sort of expert too. The ipl teams probably have more than 1 and on par with the Indian team.'Going to the gym' is not an Indian thing at all. At the highest level, I'm sure everyone has access to everything but it's just not something I've ever heard anyone do back in India - I bet even a lot of FC cricketers probably have never even seen the inside of a real gym. And there is probably very little nutritional guide and support if you're not in the international side (and Indian sweets = 98% sugar, while Indian food is like 100% carbs)...so if you're not really working out, you're going to gain a lot of weight very quickly.
Don't troll or bait please.Yes. Otherwise he would still be batting though it's now after 1 a.m there. No bowler can ever get him out, ever.
In other news, I stubbed my toe this morning.
Please.Hildreth for sure,first of all.
Trescothick would have made a comeback.Look at his current season form.Top run getter @ 80 runs per innings.
Taylor & Compton the others would have made it into the XI.
Yeah um if you want to be a mod, apply when the time comes around.Don't troll or bait please.
Don't make his argument for himPlease.
(a) Trescothick will never play international cricket again.
(b) Compton hasn't even played England Lions yet.
(c) Compton is South African anyway.

Not to mention last season, or the season before. Not a fan in England that wouldn't gladly have him back, but it's not happening.Trescothick would have made a comeback.Look at his current season form.Top run getter @ 80 runs per innings.
Wow @ ignorance. Gym culture in the cities has taken off massively among the youth, last time I was there I was amazed at how many people had access to and used gyms, not just the upper middle class either, people of much more modest means. These days they all want to look like this dude:'Going to the gym' is not an Indian thing at all. Absolutely.I am from a small town in Haryana. Most of the young players do have access to gyms. The facilities in my state & New Delhi are good enough.I don't know much about other states.Wow @ ignorance. I am a big fan of him & would love to see him back,if not sounding a bit optimistic. Not to mention last season, or the season before. Not a fan in England that wouldn't gladly have him back, but it's not happening.
I'm not sure who Tres would displace in the test XI. Apart from the captain, maybe. Not to mention last season, or the season before. Not a fan in England that wouldn't gladly have him back, but it's not happening.
AWTA. SS is talking about 7 to 10 years back ,it seems.Wow @ ignorance. The diet problems are nowhere near as bad as you make out, in India people generally only eat sweets on special occasions for a start. Also the Indian food in India is pretty much completely different from the Indian food you get in the UK or the USA, nowhere near as oily, tastes better, generally a lot more vegetarian food, especially in the south. The Indian food you get in the west is usually bastardised Punjabi food. Im not saying the Indian diet is amazing, but it is improving, and we certainly don't have the obesity problems of the US lol.
Morgan would make way, KP would drop down the order, Trott to 4 and Cook/Strauss would go at 3.I'm not sure who Tres would displace in the test XI. Apart from the captain, maybe.
Obv the one-day side is another matter.
Haha, bingo. Reason why I don't work out tbhThey'll probably still have skinny legs though...
