Could be worse imo. At least the pressure is somewhat off now, since nobody expects this match to end in anything other than defeat now.

I think I'm enjoying this loss as much as peak ABU times.

I mean, for donkeys years during Fergies Reign of terror, Mancs would lecture us socialists that we shouldn't hate them as Fergie cares about all through the club, he knows the names of the tea ladies and has convos with them and instils that throughout the club.

These people have been almost uniformly silent as Ratcliffe stops many perks to lowest-paid workers, and forces many into redundancies, all to save what probably doesn't amount to a month of Casemeios wages, all because he's not an hated Glaizer.

I mean his entire success on Cycling has more questions to answer than an entire Mr Universe comp if steroid testing was brought in.

Yeah Ugarte is going to be an upgrade, but peak Kante would not solve the fact that a half decent side will drive a bus through the middle.

He seemed to acknowledge that finally with the line up v City in the cup final but heh 3 games in and its chaosball as usual.

His fans can't blame owners, previous managers now, this is his team and he has been backed financially.

Ruud probably replaces him before Xmas if this doesn't get better IMO and he won't have anyone to blame bar himself.

Needs to revert to the double pivot he closed the season with. Against any team with a pulse. Maybe he didn’t see that in Holland but he’s had long enough to see that he’s not in Holland anymore.

I don't think you can question Ratcliffe's success in cycling. He only bought Team Sky in 2019, all the shenanigans went on long before that.

The funny thing is, he's slow and past it, yet he's still probably their best option in that position. I only watched the first half because it was a forgone conclusion after that, but to focus just on Casemiro is doing huge favours to the level of averageness everywhere else in that team. I almost half wonder if City lost the FA Cup Final on purpose to keep the red half of Manchester in disarray.

Anyway who cares about them. Great 3 points for us, another stand out game from Gravenberch who's quickly getting the recognition he deserves. The legend of Salah goes on, he's getting awfully close to Henry, Rooney etc.

I actually thought Szobo (aside from his running) and Jota were pretty poor. Robbo's best game under Slot too. There's still so much we could do better, didn't even think we played particularly well.

It already looks like we're in for a very similar season to last year. The Top 3 are streets ahead of everyone else. It'll probably boil down to results between them and who can avoid the dropping of daft points like Arsenal did on Saturday.
