Spanish teams on course to win every knockout tie they play against a non-Spanish team this season.

Think Liverpool will get it done later which is something:ph34r:

I loved the other semi final both legs, but City were so timid tonight, a lot of big names simply did not show up whatsoever, De Bruyne the main culprit.

In much entertaining and standard farcical news, United supposedly have told Jose he can take over in 2017.

Ed Woodward what a man.

Yeah, on talk sport last night 'Paddy Power' said they'll never again offer such high odds on football
Surely they made an absolute killing though? Regardless of whatever 5000-1 bets they paid out on Leicester, they'd have made way more due to the favs not winning.

Yeah they will have been covered somewhat by the likes of Chelsea, United, Pool and to a lesser extent Arsenal and City been so wildly inconsistent.

However the problem for the UK firms especially the ones with a strong presence in the midlands is the consistent bets on them for huge prices for months and months which is near impossible to duck.

It was only when they went and beat City away that the penny dropped and **** was about to hit the fan.

Bookies take the absolute piss when it comes to losses,, but I have no issue whatsoever in believing the likes of Coral, Laddies and the rest lost millions over it.

Yeah, La Liga's consistency in European competitions is reaching ridiculous proportions. Could also have a Sevilla-Villareal Europa League final. BTW, Sevilla's consistency in the Europa League defies belief. When English teams were getting 3/4 semifinalists in the CL in the latter half of the last decade, they never managed to achieve similar consistency in the Europa.

They were very slow to react to Leicester all season, though. As Niall said they were generous title odds right up until February, and they were also not favourites for individual matches often at all.

No idea how it would stack versus the money staked on favourites etc mind you

Very unlikely that any bookmaker will lose money as a result of any outcome. Odds are set precisely to ensure that doesn't happen.

This Woodward/Mourinho story is properly embarrassing. How have we managed to be the most pathetic Manchester club last night. Incredible.

Nah it's just the latest in a long line of leaks that make the upper management look like tools.
