Embarassingly bad first half from Inter with no attempt to play football whatsoever
Yeah, to hold Barca goalless with ten men for the last twenty minutes is gash, obviously.

Jesus, if Inter went to try to play Barca's game they'll come badly second.

Busquet's dive was a ****ing disgrace too. Almost made me feel sorry for an Italian team, which is just wrong, frankly.

Hehe, Mourinho playing the mind games i see. Think I hate Barca more than I hate Inter, so good for them. Cheering on the Munchens in the final though

Tbh, I've no great love for the Spaniards but Barca are pretty cool - they play nice football and havent whinged once about their 17 hour bus trip

Was about to say Bojan lost it for Barca then, but Pique saves him.

Learn't that skill at Carrington I reckon..... Either way, bad decision by Fergie to let him go

Champions League semi-finals all even themselves out as far as refereeing decisions go it would appear. Perfectly good winner disallowed.

Barely getting a game tho, was he? At the time he was probably behind Rio, Vidic, Brown & O'Shea. & Fergie obviously knew Jonny Evans was coming through too.

EDIT: Go Inter. Thoroughly deserved. Supreb defensive performance.

Probs could have got more for him though.

Fantastic organisation at the back indeed, hard to take anything away from Inter. It's amazing how Argentina are so **** if Zanetti, Samuel and Cambiasso's performances are anything to go by.

Would've been a scandal to give the goal - of course the media with their love for Barcelona are obliged to think otherwise.

Shouldn't have been behind the latter two though. Only person who should be behind Wes Brown for a defensive berth is Stephen Hawking. True about Evans, but Pique is by far the superior player, and it was showing at the time. To let him wander back to Barcelona for next to nothing n all.... Mind bar Vidic and Evra, fergie's never been one for a good defensive eye.

Thoroughly deserved win.

That was an absolutely dire performance from Barcelona, you could almost have confused them with Arsenal for the whole of the tie. All the ball, and 11 v 10 for a considerable part, and did absolutely **** all with it. Inter didn't look remotely troubled bar the last five minutes.

How exactly? His arm was down, and the ball got smashed at him from a yard away. As much as Barca didn't deserve it whatsoever, there was no way that is a hand ball.

Horrible game of football TBH, but so pleased Inter won. I don't blame the ref, but there is no way that someone should be sent off for doing what Motto did; he clearly wasn't looking where he was putting his hand and there was no way he meant to put his hand in Busquet's face. Not to mention the fact that Busquets needs a massive slap round the face for being a dirty cheat.

This game has highlighted everything that is crap about football. A bunch of petulant pussies (not all of them mind) diving, cheating and trying to con the referee. Why doesn't FIFA actually do something about it? It can only be a good thing, with football's reputation surely losing it fans and money in the end.
