Yes but Chimbonda got the ball in a fair challenge. Your whole argument is fairly nonsensical to me - it doesn't matter whether he brought him down or not, he got the ball.

he touched the ball but he didn't win it - the result of the challenge was the ball being in Rosicky's path and him being brought down. Him being brought down occured after both players contact with the ball, the contact with the ball ended with it being in Rosicky's path - in effect Rosicky won the challenge(luckily or not) but he was not able to take advantage of that because he was brought down.

That's my opinion anyway, we're probably going round in circles. I also think Rosicky went down a bit easy

Good win for Oldham tonight moves us up to 4th, only 1 point off second, only ended 1-0 but we could have had a bucketfull, we also could have conceded late on but for a great save by Pogs.

David Beckham could very well be off to Inter next month if Real Madrid do not renew his contract.

If he does go to Italy, I think he will really be a star there (playing performances not paparazzi) because Serie A is not as fast as the English or Spanish leagues and his pin point crossing and passing would really suit him.

I was waiting for that. Saw it this morning, fair play, only on goal difference thoguh, so don't get carried away!! . Nice and tight from 2nd to 5th anyway, so hopefully it'll be an exciting chase for the rest of you for 3rd place, after we go on a 10-game winning streak.

Porto looked the most likely all night and asked a few questions but never fully went for it. Quaresma hit the post a couple of times and pretty much fancied himself against the Arsenal back line all night but after about seventy odd minutes the game died.

All true, but if he keeps performing like how he did yesterday, Becks could be pretty close to getting a starting place.

**** Henchoz his ****e regardless if it was a dodgy decision or not, the manner of being 0-2 to the Toon, Toon, Black and White army is what got my goat.
