*Official* English Football Season 2006-07

Jungle Jumbo

International Vice-Captain
World Club Champipnship started today in Japan. I wouldn't have given a monkeys about this in the past, but as opposed to last year there are three decent teams in it this time around.

Auckland (NZ) are currently losing 1-0 to Al Ahly (Egypt) in the first quarter final, the winner will go on to play Internacional (Brazil) in the semis.

Club America (Mexico) should beat Jeonbuk Hyundai (South Korea) in the other quarter-final, with a semi final spot against clear favourites Barcelona (Spain).

Backing Club America personally, they gave me plenty of enjoyment on Football Manager, and I follow their results on the web (more to listen to the Mexican commentary then anythin else). Interested to see if Giovanni dos Santos gets a game for Barca against them too.

Tom Halsey

International Coach
I'm supporting Arse for a day, got a funny feeling they're going to get something too.

If Chelsea win today, they're still favourites for the Premiership IMO.

If Arsenal win or it's a draw, I'll get a bit excited.
