Why did Diouf have to try and be fancy the idiot! Could have been a 5 point lead that.
Hardly surprising from the one of the dirtiest players in the EPL. Why somebody never knocked him on his backside is a miracle.

The Gunners & Liverpool have been surprisingly off colour so far, but who am i to complain we are in front.

Its good to see some big clubs looking to get Lucas Neil, but rumors of him going to Barcelona seem a bit odd IMO since they already have Zambrotta & Oleguer full-backs options.

And I used to quite like him too! :-O From the Beeb's site:

A very clever short-term option for me. Git completely turned the CL Final round when he came on. A definite impact player.
i guess i can live with Laarson being here for 3 months even though Torres would be my dream buy, but good stuff from Fergie just one more big signing in January & the premiership is coming right back to OT, go United..

That argument doesn't really hold any water as he'd be earning the same amount at Man Utd that he would at Helsinborg. There's the lure of winning the EPL though and working with one of the greatest managers ever at one of the biggest clubs in the world.

He will? i'd be very surprised. Even if his wages were limited to the amount in his Helsinborg contract, there'll be other incentives

Plus the Swedish league is on winter break from jan to march and the only games are the Royal Cup, so he'll be getting more appearance money and bonuses.

Not sure about the appearance money part of his contract but yeah I think he'll get bonuses.

Oldham-King's Lynn! Have to throw my lot in with my Anglian brethren I'm afraid.
I was surprised they were showing it on ESPN this morning. It is on again and I am tempted to tape it if the Arsenal game wasn't being played at the same time.

What I can't work out is how the Barnsley club spokesman can say he's been a model professional since he went there...
