That's not his style though, is it?

Methinks he'd be a better bloke to be in charge than Taggart.
I was going to suggest that but I thought it wasn't worth it as it's not going to happen - which isn't to say that it's a bad idea. Fergie's been crap for years now, just like a few of Utd's players, but no-one realises because they're still Man Utd, and apparently that still means something.

The fact that Porto are below Artmedia and Rangers should tell you something.
Yes, that in the 4 games so far they've not performed.

Less than 18 months ago they won the European Cup, so to suggest they're suddenly so bad suggests that your knowledge of Football is far less than you like to think it is.

Maybe they had a good coach. They didn't do so hot last year either did they? Who won the Portuguese league last season? How well are Porto doing domestically this season?

There's a reason Roy Keane's the captain. How Man Utd are playing right now surely shows that. The ball's round however and unless he finishes outside the top 2, the manager's got my confidence. Silly as it may sound to but that's my take on it.

3rd in the table, five points off leaders Braga (who have never won the league) and tied with second-placed Nacional Funchal from the island of Madeira. Porto were second last year, behind Benfica.

Precisely, they haven't become a bad side overnight.
They weren't too brilliant last season either, scraping through the group stages with a 2-2-2 record - thanks to beating a disinterested Chelsea side in their last group game. They were then knocked out by Inter 4-2 on aggregate.

Another minnow bashing special from the chief CDMs poseur Henry. Even had to convert a one-on-one into a half chance by trying an overhead kick which he missed with. Someone like horse or Shearer would have simply took the ball and smashed it low past the keeper, but of course if you're marc or a cantona fan you'd much rather lose 5-10 goals a season and have the odd low percentage chip or overhead kick to drool over...

Well tommorow sees easily the biggest game of the season so far, what are everyones predictions? I think the boys in blue should stroll it.

Its a 1.10pm Ko on BBC btw

Leamingtonesque proportions perhaps.

So if he loses 5-10 goals a season as you seem to think, how come he still scores 30-odd each season.

To be honest, I detect a slightly xenophobic attitude to the way you keep attacking a player who is without a doubt the best striker in the Premiership

He gets a hatful of chances against every crap side in the Premiership and he's pretty much the CDMs only real forward, the other 'strikers' play off him - so yes he could score more than he does already. Look at how horse is doing and Manure don't even have a midfield to speak of. Oh and I'd take about a dozen other players in the Premiership ahead of Henry when it comes to the important games - but his Sunderland etc. bashing is unparallelled.

Did you not watch his two-goal destruction of Inter in the Champions League a couple of seasons back? Or his hat-trick against Roma? It's not his fault that Arsenal play a formation which will never win them anything in Europe, and France play a formation which doesn't suit him or make any sense.

So who are these dozen or so other players you'd rather have ahead of Henry in, say, a World Cup final? I'm interested, seeing as Henry would probably be the second (after John Terry) Premiership name on any teamsheet I ever picked.

Oh right, so it's just the formation then, nothing to do with him being a proven big game flop. Yeah right.
