Yeah but It Stinks i know Marc and neil love it but it will wreak the English Game in about 5-6 years time
Yawn!! This is the same as the "foreigners in the Premier league are ruining football" argument. If the English players are better than the Kolpak players, they will play ahead of the Kolpak players.
If the English players are worse than the Kolpak players, they'd be worse for the English game than the Kolpak players.
End of.

Really, they're both listed as Australians.
I mean, it wouldn't be unlike CricInfo to get something like that wrong, but I'd always thought they were more akin to the Harrity\Mohammad Ali\Spearman type.
both their parents are english, AFAIK that isn't the case with the others you have mentioned

although it would really p*ss you off if a Kolpak player scored a match winning century against your county and you are left thinking "why couldn't that have been Rikki Clarke playing?!?"...

Anyone with British passports obviously has to have had British heritage - be it second-generation, third-generation or even fourth-generation.
EU, it's obviously simple, too - they have to have had a relation from any EU member country.
Spearman, for instance, has a Welsh grandmother, so he's British-qualified. If he weren't playing in New Zealand (as an overseas-player) he'd now be allowed to play for England (not that I'd, personally, be too keen on the idea!)
Kolpak - well, anyone from a country that is a member of that agreement can work legally in any of the others. Not totally sure who the cricketing members are.

And when has Jack Bannister ever made any sense?
Whenever he's commentating on radio.
He's far, far better at communicating what's happening than plenty of radio commentators - especially on Talk.
He's not the best pundit in The World - but he's a fine commentator. Rather like Alan Green.

When there is not much difference between the English and Kolpak player, then the English player should be given preference. If this does not happen then it could become a problem, where there are too many average Kolpak players taking the place of the local talent. At least the club versus country problem is not as big as it is in soccer.

Hmm... it can be as bad in some cases.
Very different, though - in football the clubs come first, in cricket the clubs are funded by the national Board and team so the sensible thing for them is to keep the Board as happy - and profitable - as possible.

It wrong that International castoffs like Spearman,Law, Van Jarsveld suddenly quit there national team and clog up the English Game

You what?

He is far and away the worst commentator on the radio.

Mentions one thing then spends the next 5 days reiterating it no matter how stupid it is.

Oh right, I can see why you like him now.

Ha. 8-)
He describes the action very well - as you'd know, having watched TV while listening to both TV and radio commentary for much of the winter, of course.
The 2-second gap gives you just time to listen to the radio and picture what's happening before it happens - and it's amazing how often the good commentators paint the exact picture.

Jack Bannister is an excellent Journalist who write a excellent coloum every monday in the Birmingham Post... i happen to agree with a lot of what he says

Blofield is a poor commentator but knows the game well

But they may as well pack up and retire as Marc (Who never played cricket) and Neil (Who plays once every five years) know everything about this great game... so there no need for anyone else

KNOW IT ALLS

Marc and Neil's knowledge is not significantly inferior to Jack Bannister's or anyone else's.
Experience does not by any stretch equal age, or playing level.

So do I. :)
And there's a reason for that - because we have actually educated ourselves very well.
Well, I have, anyway - I presume they have, too, it would make sense.
