I don't think it'll be Coke this time - my money is on it being a bit of dope (apparently it remains in the system a long time, not that I'd know that of course).

I also don't think Neil was correct to rule some of those out that he did.
I've done the ruling-out on the grounds that they're all too experienced, surely?

Tending towards Warren at the moment as he hasn't played since - but you never know.

A good game so far by the Lancashire batsmen two centuries (Law and Loye) and two fifties (Hodge and Chilton). Nice to see Anderson hit some form with 4 wickets, hopefully he keeps it up and doesn't get picked for England as 12th man all season. It would be nice to have Flintoff in some form.

f**k another flintoff flop, this is an utter disappointment for me, after seeing some solid batting from Loye & Law is was looking foward to see some Flintoff fireworks, but he got out, so i just left the damn ground  , but to date at 432/7 its been a good day with the bat for lanchashire

Prior 144 off 135 balls in the 45 over stuff... Maybe the whole point of that 'development squad' nonsense was to spur him on to greater things.

Which is why I mentioned all eleven names from the Warwickshire side and probability hasn't been based upon character "flaws", merely length of career, experience and selections.

Plus the massive difference where that report was an accusation that has come to precisely nothing, and this has factual basis that a Warwick player has tested positive.

On another note, im not sure if it was mentioned but Surrey got docked a WHOLE 5 runs for ball tampering in their latest game.
What exactly is the point? ooo a whole 5 runs for blatent cheating. When the outcome could be a number of wickets for the cheating team. It just doesnt make sense. ECB really need to pull their finger out. 8-)

Yea it's like the numerous occasions in the 90s when certain players against England were shown picking away, damaging the ball and absolutely nothing happened. Of course once Atherton had a pocketful of dirt...

Cannabis..not a really drug that makes you a better player..so 10 years back wasnt really "cheating"..this time he mightve been

The one I have in mind hasn't played since, and has been in this sort of situation before.

He was done for drugs about 10-ish years ago wasn't he? Bit stupid of him to get done again if it is him.
More'n a bit...

D'oh. Apologies to all the rest of the Warwickshire team. You'd really think Piper would know a damn sight better than that.

Woohoo, Durham wins again, this time the much supported on here Somerset are the victims. Reminded me of the West Indies when Walsh got I think it was 6 out of 7 wickets to fall when England successfully chased about 170-180.

I also feel compelled to mention how spectacular Worcestershire's performance over the past two days has been....
