Ramprakash gets his triple ton... Durham manage to concede an unbeaten 128 run partnership to lose after the previous 3 innings were below 200.

Lancs manage to scrape a draw against Sussex, lets hope we beat Yorkshi*e next week, will probably have to make my way down on Friday.

Kent batted the whole day against Hants without losing a wicket to secure the draw

bbc report said:
Hampshire skipper Shane Warne's frustration was embodied late in the day when he asked wicket-keeper Nic Pothas to bowl with the second new ball still dressed in his pads.

That the 32-year-old ended with figures of 0-12 from six overs of gentle medium pace only went to highlight Key and Fulton's refusal to take risks.

10 bowlers were used in the innings, no prizes for guessing the guy who didn't bowl (wonder what the injury is now?).

Warnie had a run-in with Kent last year too, I think - they were chasing Nottinghamshire and needed points, but Fulton refused to take any risks, didn't score much against declaration bowling either.

Mervyn Westfield takes 4 against Scummerset  What a gun

My old mate Robin Lett getting an FC contract for the rest of the season, he's well educated and should do well..

Weird scorecard in that Essex v Somerset game, of the 10 batsmen who've batted so far in Essex's second innings all have passed 20.
I heard John Major is fancying his chances against Somerset next week

Benning scoring another of those blitzed 50s - 70 off 43 balls... him and Brown for Surrey must be a pretty entertaining opening partnership in one day cricket.

Indeed, did not catch today's carnage but it’s never a dull moment, when Brown and Benning open the innings.

nice performance by the Dazzler, with all the injuries & poor performances by some of the bowlers in the OD team, England could well & go back to him.

The one wicket i've seen Keedy take this season was more down to batsman stupidity than anything else. Although his rest may have been better 8-)

Would be pretty hard to fluke all of 217 First Class wickets @ 24.91 over the 3 previous seasons and this one, so I'd imagine so.

very good day of cricket at OT, the Lehmann/Dizzy partnership was very entertaining. Dropping Lehmann was costly early on, the pitch looks decent for batting so hopefully Lancashire can cash in, plus i also hopes Dizzy bowls well 2moro to help enhance his ashes prospects.

he can bowl well next week thank you very much, a collection of long hops and half volleys tomorrow would be preferable.

Not too much to ask, either. It is his usual form after all.
