Tomorrow's game on Sky is Ireland v Hampshire......

Hampshires team is as follows

1. N POTHAS ( Wicketkeeper )
2. J CRAWLEY
3. S ERVINE
4. D THORNELY
5. M CARBERRY
6. G LAMB
7. K LATOUF
8. D MASCARENHAS
9. S UDAL ( Captain )
10. C TREMLETT
11. J BRUCE
12. R LOGAN

And Irelands is....

Trent Johnston (Clontarf) Captain

Shahid Afridi
Andre Botha
Jeremy Bray
Peter Gillespie
Dominick Joyce
David Langford-Smith
Eoin Morgan
Kyle Mc Callan
Adrian Mc Coubrey
Saqlain Mushtaq
Andrew White

Watch out for young Morgan. He is a good little player with a lot of potential. David Langford-Smith is making his debut and from what I haveheard he is a very handy bowler and after reading Cric info I learnt D.Joyce, who was apparently good in the u-19 world cup, if the brother of Ed Joyce .

I heard Shahid Afridi was missing for Ireland for some reason...not sure whether it's true, it's second-hand information from steds. :p

Zero batting in that second side though, typical Lancashire lineup - a batsman short, although Hodge should be back soon. Worried about Mohammad Asif vs that top order - Sutton wasn't even good enough to bat at five for Derbyshire, IIRC.

Well the squad was named a few days ago and since then he has had to go back home to tend to a sick relative (might have been his wife I cant remember). As of this afternoon I think it was still touch and go whether or not he would play but they are hoping to have him back

I bloody hope it doesn't rain. I have done all the Uni work I need to today (8 hours worth) so I can have tomorrow off and watch the game on TV

Yeh thats it I think.

As I said above, Eion Morgan is nifty with the bat. I assume he will come in third so watch out for him as he has a real future in the game if he keeps progressing.

First to 1000 runs this year?

Newman must be one of the favourites now considering the season has barely started and he's more than a third of the way there. Although he usually starts well against the UCCE's and fades off, since he's in the second div this year he's probably got a decent chance.

Wait a minute what happened to phil mustard? Is he injured? Because i noticed Walker was stumped by Maher off the bowling of Breese in the first innings.

Well Lancashire have gone in to the game today with 3 batsmen...

currently 64-1 after 24 overs, it's not blummin FC boys! Stuart Broad bowled a very good spell by all accounts.

In other games Middlesex are 51-7...Tresco is hammering the Kent attack and Derbyshire are going well against Yorkshi*e

Lancashire's batting lineup looks very weak, I have to say. I'd assume Sutton will bat 5, Chapple 6 and Cork 7?

Also great to see Tresco looking good again for Somerset, with Matt Wood also in solid nick by the look of things. :)

Batting has been a worry for a couple of years, the club's solutions seems to be to play less batsmen...
Haha, sounds like something we'd do. :D

We've just lost Woody for a well-made 71, shame he couldn't go on further. Tres still there on 87*.
