Ant Botha ends Butcher's defiance - HRH Surrey now only 68 regal runs ahead with 5 royal batters back in the palace. Perhaps only Rikki now standing between Derbyshire and a great chance of victory.

Who to root for? It's another one of those Club v Country dilemmas.

HRH Surrey look as though they are trying to grind things out for a draw - only managed 19 in the first 10 overs so far this morning for the loss of Ally Brown. Butcher 2 hours so far for 19 - Rikki in now too.

Come on Derbyshire - they're effectively 62-4.
With those two in it was effectively 62-4¾

True, but Rikki IS a changed player - the Daily Express told me so in as many words - and they put Lady Diana on the front page 4 times a week so it must be true.

Stop it, Rikki - stop tormenting me right now - I'm one of the few who had faith in you and THIS is how you repay me?

Surrey now lead by 131 with 5 wickets standing at lunch, Clarke a majestic 49* and playing as though he really has got some talent after all.

Spotty git.

A Derbyshire win is long gone now, with Rikki playing his way into the hearts and minds of everyone - currently HRH Surrey's vice-captain stands undefeated on 116.

Lancashire v Leicestershire, C&G Trophy North Group

Lancashire (from): Chilton (capt), Sutcliffe, Law, Loye, Horton, Croft, Sutton, Chapple, Crook, Cork, Hogg, Smith, Mahmood, Newby, Keedy
Leicestershire (from): Robinson, Maddy, Ackerman, Mongia, Maunders, Snape (Capt), Nixon (Wkt), Henderson, Masters, Broad ,Mohammad Asif, Sadler, Cummins.

Mahmood in for Newby for me - leave the rest as it is. Maybe Andy Crook in for Horton or Sutcliffe?
