Ali averages 22 in the 4th innings - better than Kumble, Warne, Lyon, Swann, and Harbhajan.

No notable screw ups either, unlike Ashwin.

As Bumble would say , its start the tuk tuk time..well done to England whose spinners have outbowled ours..Some really good batting too from Foakes and Jennings have put this game out of our reach..What has been frustrating that all our batsmen made a start in the second innings but couldn't capitalise on it ( Chandimal doesn't count as he is clearly injured and tbf to him, still tried to do it for his team)

Shame that Herath's send off couldn't be a win for him but again, well done England and thanks to the legend that is Herath from a Sri Lankan....

yes think so, as he has been the official VC for the tests..unless SL bring in a player due to the injury, I assume that Roshen Silva would have to come in as a replacement for DC.Given that Pallekelle normally suits faster bowlers, I reckon it would be either Chameera or Rajitha that comes in for Herath..
