Sounds a lot like one Andrew Flintoff!

I assume the selectors will keep faith with him for now?
Although Collymore has bowled better than Flintoff in this series. Both are very accurate, but Collymore tends to do more with the ball. That said, as a specialist bowler, you'd hope Collymore would be better.

I very much doubt it - Read is keeping very well indeed, and if as a lot of people are suggesting, Collingwood comes in for Giles, the batting looks much stronger anyway.

No.

Next question?

Seriously, there COULD be changes for the fourth test provided England are safe in the series, but for the third test? I very much doubt it.

Are you surprised that there is no place for Jermaine Lawson, or would he only have come into the equation had Fidel Edwards not been fit?

Bowls well without luck?
Flintoff of late has appeared to be a little more of a wicket-taking threat - in the last 15 innings he's been asked to turn his arm over, there's only been one occasion when he's finished wicketless.

He has more than one length now - too often in the past the target was the rib-cage yet the pace wasn't there to make that length effective (a legacy of old injuries and burgers, of course). His stock ball is still back-of-a-length, but I almost seem to detect a little seam movement on occasions.

IMO Daren Ganga should replace Dwayne Smith next test...

At least he has a cricketing brain on his shoulders, and the technique to match it... The runs will come..

im surprised strauss didnt get to play the practice match....considering butcher and thorpe didnt really need more time in the middle and since it would be good practice for strauss before the ODIs.

I think they wanted Tres to have some more time in the middle than he has been having, and Thorpe and Butch to keep batting while in top form i guess....
