***Official*** England in India

God why am I so obsessed with pace right now?
Every time the commentators say "one-hundred and sixty-fourth player" for VRV Singh, I keep getting tricked into expecting "one-hundred and sixty kmph" for VRV Singh.

What would be a good score in this pitch? My friend says it looks quite a good batting wicket, only problem being the severe heat.

I think 240 will be a good target to bowl at. But honestly, it really doesn't matter. If India bowl rubbish, no target is enough. If England gift their wickets (more likely), any target is enough. :)
Crap RPS gone.
Lets go Munaf. Don't do it for India, do it for Arjun!

England have Blackwell at seven. A target of one is too many. :p

England 52 wides in this series prior to this match, compared to India's 7.

England have already given away 14 in this match. Clearly a problem there.
Yeah, there's a problem. Our bowlers can't bowl. That's a pretty serious problem.

In the end good effort by Indian team.

223 is chasable, but England will be against one of the fastest opening bowling attack in VRV and Munaf patel.
I have a feeling that these two will set the stage on fire and India will win the match once again and maintain their 100 percent record.

Radio reckons Plunkett will bat at 7.

Top order of Prior, Bell, Pietersen, Strauss (in that order)

I think that's hard on Prior, to have to open after keeping for 50 overs!

Munaf is as good a bowler as anyone,Powar and Bhajji are proven performers , while VRV will be making his debut and i'm sure he will give his very best. The thing with guy like VRV Horsepower is that even if he doesn't get a wkt he put batsmen in so much pressure by his fierce bowling that it helps other bowlers to get a wkt.

I think India will win again.

Again you leave out RP Singh. He's played more ODIs than Munaf and VRV and has done well in his short career so far. I don't see why he should not get a mention because he bowls a few km/h less
