Wow, India actually has a chance of defending a 200 total. It's against England A, but its still a suprise to me.
All credit to them for bowling competently. Obviously England's batting was criminally inept, but Pathan & Harby can only deal with what's in front of them.

We can't even use the "England A" thing as an excuse for this. Strauss, Collingwood & Jones are all regulars and contributed zilch. KP & Fred couldn't go on with it. You do wonder why on earth we bother with this form of the game. 7-0 doesn't look such a silly prediction now.

Good stuff from Harbhajan, just got back from work. When my mate smsed me the score, India were 6 down for barely any with Dhoni and Pathan in. I figured either Dhoni bailed us out with the bat or we lost. Didn't think it'd be Harbhajan to bail us out... with the bat and ball :D

One more wicket still needed though, so not over yet.

Did this happen? Cricbuzz seems to think it did, but it surely can't have done:

31.6 Yuvraj to Anderson, FOUR!!, rocks back and punches it through covers
31.5 Yuvraj to Anderson, FOUR!!, rocks back and cuts it through point
31.4 Yuvraj to Anderson, FOUR!!, short ball, Anderson rocks back and cuts it to deep backward point

Take a look at the Sri Lanka-Pakistan game. Sri Lanka all out for 185, then Pakistan all out for 176. I've no idea what the conditions are like where they're playing, so I could very well be wrong, but you shouldn't judge the Indian innings until you've seen the English one.

Seems unlikely - they now have him on 12 including a single in the last over.

I hope all the negative nancies that were crying and whining 2 or 3 pages back can give it a rest for a while.

Just Tool, I wonder if you have anything positive to say now? :)

Good win India  Harbhajan and Irfan really performed when needed.

Yes. This is the reward for never giving hope on this match. Shame on all those fans who gave up on the Indian chances!

This is by far one of the best wins India has had over the past few years. Being bowled out for 203, not many would expect an Indian attack to win the match. Harbhajan has proved his CW detractors wrong:laugh:
