They hardly took it to an England team lacking 4 first teamers, and with the form he showed in the ODI's against Pakistan I can't see how he can be ignored.

Exactly, Who needs Yuvraj after our superb performance in the first test where we beat the crap out of England team and won the test within 2 days.

India are already 1-0 up in the series without yuvraj and we must stick with the winning combination.

I think he was joking.

Anyway, I'll be worried if Chawla is picked - he looks a hell of a prospect, and Danish seemed to prove in Pakistan that we can't pick googlies, and Chawla is meant to have a very good one.

Ramu Kaka, why are you against Yuvraj?? He's a good player and merits a place in the team.

So lets go back 12 months in time. Tendulkar had played 1989-2005. 15-16 years.

No come back to the present -

Inzamam ul haq 1992-2006 - 14 years. Lara 1991-2006. 15 years around. And they are both older than Tendulkar too (you said you do give some importance to the age factor as well).

So how have Lara and Inzamam managed to perform then?
For a start, Lara has had several breaks in his career, and Inzamam has played a lot less.

And there is no way to tell whether they are Indians. The names they take on or who they support for their short lives as trolls (and they come here knowing it will be short) is no guarantee/proof of their nationality.

I can see it now - a collection of PC's, arranged in a circle, the orchestrator of the one-man flame war standing in the middle typing out several messages simultaneously.

What was his name - Ramesh Wakeman?

Quality reply from Jack though, Boris' love child lol :D

If this is the case I can see Plunkett being picked as an extra seamer ahead of Anderson due to his batting. In place of the might Blackie.

I hope so, three Durham players in the England side could become a fairly common occurrence.
