IMO Sean will become better than Pickup - he has 1 thing on his side: brown hair. Being a ginger, I felt, has always held Neil back from bigger and better things.

yes...in how many matches ? :)
I assume you mean FC only, as Pickup smokes Bennett in OD.

NS Pickup 389 wickets in 104 matches = 3.74 per match.
SA Bennett 96 wickets in 46 matches = 2.08 per match

NS Pickup SR = 63.94
SA Bennett SR = 81.66

NS Pickup 5w hauls = 18 = 1 per 5.78 matches
SA Bennett 5w haults = 1 = 1 per 46 matches

NS Pickup 10w hauls = 3
SA Bennett 10w hauls = 0

Wow. I'm flattered at the support of some people. Thankyou very much, but I realise I'm a humongous way behind Neil.

Being a ginger, I felt, has always held Neil back from bigger and better things.
Try to look at it as acheiving what he has despite being ginger has made his acheivements all the greater

...like Lance Armstrong and the cancer.

Quiet Times at CW
Loddy Twinshins

A stunned cricketweb community has been shocked into silence after hearing of the recent departure of Liam Camps to a land far away... from where he was before..
Without his guidance many in Cricket Web land are falling apart, activity has dropped, people are afraid to leave their accounts, whispers abound about "he who must not be named" coming back and taking over cricket web. The sudden disappearance of the legendary Dave Watt has sent a panic through the cricket web ranks, many reacting quite strongly at the news, some boarding up their accounts, others taking a more drastic approach and going into hiding.
Fie I say! We must stand up in the abscence of Camps, the XI must go on, through thick or thin, and nobody is going to stop me from standing up for my Development League Cricket, not even Nicha.... He who must not be named.

This is Loddy Twinshins, and you're watching.. Oh, reading the newspaper. Sorry, delusions of grandeur and whatnot...

Cricket Web and the Philosopher's Ball
Loddy Twinshins

One thing most people don't know about celebrated Red fast bowler and all round nice guy David Kennett, is his middle name.

Regardless, Sean Bennett, all round....er is a well known character in the lands of Red and indeed Cricket Web. What's more important is the little known fact that he's a philosopher, about Yorkshire. Now I know some may call it bias, we all know its philosophy, right?

He has over the course of his career collected the cricket balls that have helped him on his way to Man of the Match glory, and in doing so has imbued them with strange mystical powers, like immortality and other minor things like that.

Last night, somebody attempted to steal one of these fabulous pieces of memorabilia, in order to come back from their miserable life outside the Cricket Web XI, and take control, like all evil, he is, "He who must not be named." I feel a bit sorry for him, to have such a name, but that's what you get for being evil. Whilst on a training camp at Camps school for Bowlcraft and Battery (sounds a bit dodgy to me) one of the new instructors made away with one of Bennett's prized possessions. Luckily for the good of Cricket Web to the rescue sprang three young students, Toogood, Wilson, and Cunningham. Apparently none of them can decide who is the "Chosen One" but that's for article 6. After battling the instructor they cleverly hid the ball and managed to thwart the evil forces attempting to infiltrate Cricket Web. Well done to all! Everybody dance!
