Great win klads, watching from the stands was tought, but so releived once we won. Pickup = Legend.

Absolutely brilliant win. Awesome stuff from Pickup first innings supported well by Kennett and Watt. Then an amazing partnership from Haakon and Thamba, who stroked a brilliant ton, and some top support from Goff. Pickup again was amazing in the 2nd innings despite SA doing well. Haakon and Goff come out and bat like men possessed, Goff especially with 83 off 82. A cool 30 odd for Dauth as well and well finished by Pickup and Kennett.

Personally, not the greatest of performances, but it was certainly a great match to be involved in. I was far too agressive with the bat, 24 off 32 first innings with 2 fours and a six was probably over the top. Absolutely delighted with my bowling though, by far the best performance I've ever put in with the ball under pressure, 9 overs 1/12. Then 2nd innings I was again aggressive with the bat but I needed to be and I think my 33 off 17 certainly helped us to get the win. We ended up winning it at 6:45PM!

All in all, great test match and a great one to win.
