Could someone please post my averages for the tour thus far as I am very interested to see how I'm going...

My bowling has been alot better in the test than what was shown in the tour games. Keeping it tight, but not really getting the early breakthroughs...back to the nets.

The tour was supposed to be 2 Tests and 7 ODIs, like India's tour to New Zealand last year. What happened?

Mr Ponting - Calf Strain - 3 weeks ( 3rd test , 1st ODI , 2nd ODI )

Neil Pickup - Flu - 1 week ( 3rd test )

told you , you require a jumper when you go out at night here.. even if its summer neil..

i think mr ponting had a slight niggle and the workload he has been having as the senior fast bowler for the cwxi might have added a bit of pressure..

thought that aswell, but then i thought of switching to 3 tests and 5 odis..just because we need more test match experience

To be fair mate, the issue is the board not being told - in all honesty, you should have asked us first. It's no big deal this time, but it is for reasons like this that the board is now in place.

Firstly if i was ever mailed to or notified of when the meetings do take place so i can attend and be a witness and add my thoughts on whats goin on and raise things such as tour itenary, things would work a lot easier..

Well since we've not managed to secure a majority third vote from the Panel members, I've decided that I have to uphold Blewy's ghost vote as an official vote. As such, the injury replacements which we will be calling on tour are:-

Top Cat and Lucky Eddie

They will be coming out of retirement for a lap of honour with the team.

Just to clarify i was also under the impression that it was 3 tests....

Maybe there was a bit of a misunderstanding...

The tour, when decided upon, was meant to mirror India's tour of New Zealand pre-WC 2003. That said, it really isn't that big of an issue and the 3rd Test will be played. However, I would like to see 7 ODIs played as well.
