Seriously, I'm happy to come over to Birmingham for a meet - say early June-ish?
Move it back a month or so so I can get my exams out the way and I'm there!

He did nick it then?
Would be fair to say that no-one but Rob (the wicketkeeper, for everyone else) noticed - I certainly didn't think it was out, as demonstrated by my "oh, er, howsat?" expression.
is it morally right to appeal for somethin you certainly don't think is out???:)

Sure.

We need to start putting some dates together - so far, the only concrete one is Derbyshire's return to Queen's Park, Chesterfield, for the royal occasion of the state visit of HRH Surrey and a regal Pro40 Clarkewatch on the 30th July.

Might be able to make that a cricketing weekend for me then. :)

Going to the 3rd day of the 2nd Test against Pakistan at Old Trafford the day before so might be able to pop down for a little viewage.

We booked too late for Old Trafford, have had to make do with Day 1 tickets.

Anyone else there on Day 1?

I'll definately be there for the Queen's Park shenanigans.
Cool.

I started negotiations today about getting an 'Official' Clarkewatch banner done - will get some quotes in the next few days.

Ha ha that'd be great, must get a pic of us all with the great man himself too, banner and all (if we can get past the Royal security).
