I know Melbourne and Sydney are the largest cities but do we think giving them two teams and expanding the comp to eight teams diluted it's quality? I also think the Hundred has two teams too many. I'd rather have fewer teams with better players than jobbers making up numbers.

The BBL was never expanded as such, been the same 8 teams all along. There was a state team based T20 competition before that which did have a couple of internationals in it, but there was no movement of domestic players relative to the rest of the given season

Silk is surprisingly useful sometimes even though he shouldn't be.

Harvey is just bad at cricket. This is his best format and he still sucks.

oh look i love silk he’s great and has played some amazing get out of jail free knocks and won games the sixers never should have won

but genuinely i’ve been pondering why no IPL team does not just throw a couple crore at him to subfield through the comp. the catches that he takes and runs that he saves can be a match winner or even a tournament winner and the ipl teams certainly can afford to
