Great innings by Bailey, showing some of the potential that sure him make the U19 World Cup side in 2002. Hopefully for Tassie sack he keeps it going. Also does anyone know what the deal with Michael Dighton, is he injured or has he been dropped. If injuried how long will he be out for?

It was also interesting to see how many wickets the spinner took in the game, a good sign for MacGill. But then again i rather have him play for NSW, cus its easier to replace Bracken then it is replace MacGill.

Well done to Tassie, sticking it right up those ****y WAussies. Good to see Bailey get runs, it's what Australian cricket needs.

He's been suspended for the rest of the season hasn't he?
Yes, yes he has :D He wont play next season, hes too old and injury prone. I heard on the radio a week or so ago that out of the last 9 games he's played, he's completed 4 (or something along those lines).

What Australian cricket needs is a Saussie in the team!!

BRING BACK BOOF (after he recovers from injury!) :p

Seriously, we need more bowlers, not batsmen.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!

Brad Williams is such a tart. I am so happy he got suspended. Take that you fat donkey.

I don't think there's a cricket player I dislike more than him. The way he acted just exemplifies how much of an idiot he really is.

Oh no the pest is back, bloody Greg Mail gets picked in our Pura Cup squad again. I can't think of any reason why the selectors keep picking him infront of Chris Simmons, he is an absolute joke. I really do hope Corey Richards beats him into the starting line up.

Wow, poor from Williams, stop acting like a over paid footballer, and get on with it, what a baby.

But NSW are of to a great start in both the ING and Pura Cup. We will be weaker next game though, with Katich, Clarke gone. But we will have MacGill and Bracken so it should be a good contest.

There next game is on the 6th of December against Victoria in the Pura Cup.
Won't Bracken be on international duty then? We lose Clarke, Katich, Bracken, and Clark and get MacGill back.

I forget, yes, we will mis Clark, thats a big blow, and Victoria will be without White, who is touring with the Australian team. This weeks team is:
Brad Haddin(cap), Phil Jaques, Greg Mail, Stuart MacGill, and more. I will find out later, I think we might need Graeme Thorpe soon.

I totally forgot about Thorpe. What's his story? Was he meant to be coaching a grade team or something?

He is playing club cricket at the moment, he isn't a bad stand by is he? :D Lets hope he does better than Andy Flower for SA about two season ago.

Who's he playing for? I wasn't aware he was playing grade, haven't seen him in the paper or heard his name in relation to grade.

He hasn't started playing Grade Cricket yet, i think he is still injuried. He was meant to play for one of the Unis, i think UNSW. The side for the Vic match is:

P Jaques
G Mail/C Richards
M Phelps
D Thornley
A O'Brien
B Haddin (c/wk)
G Lambert
M Nicholson
A Bird
S MacGill
D Bollinger

Its still a pretty good team, they may play all the batsmen and drop Bird, cus Lambert been quite good with the ball.

You don't need Bird. With Nicholson, Bollinger, Lambert, O'Brien, and MacGill there's enough bowling to get 20 wickets.

Mail to open for me, with Phelps slotting in at first drop and Richards down the order somewhere. However, it would be nice for a young bloke to get a run ahead of Mail. Phelps can open and it's a good chance to blood some more young talent.
