The difference between the India incident and this one was that this was planned and deliberate, not a silly rush of blood to the head moment.

It speaks to the level of frustration that Smith and Warner must have felt at how the series has gone so far that they would even contemplate, let alone execute such a ridiculous plan. Not that I'm making excuses for them. As much as I want to see Smith belt ton after ton, I don't want him captaining ever again.

You know, now that you mention it. This will solve all our whining about how petulant and awful a captain Smith is.

This incident is making me a happy man.

Am I only one who is having this feeling that having been cornered from all sides, Aussies might pull out a blinder here. There intension seems like that until now in this innings.imo

Wouldn't be surprised. If there's one team that can do it, it's Australia

I’m no expert lip reader but looked to me umpire Nigel Llong said to Faf du Plessis and Quinten de Kock: “I’ve told you twice, alright. This has got to stop. Enough’s enough.” #SAvAUS

What's this about?

Probably South Africa realising that they can basically get away with murder after yesterday's revelations.

Perfectly planned the whole scenario to get the best out of themselves. SA truly out trumped

Not actually watching, is it basically just chat? Not exactly shocking if so.
No they're literally murdering Candice Warner out there. But people are ignoring it because Bancroft accidentally got some tape stuck to his trousers. Smith has come out and said that it was a prank hatched by the leadership team than that they're all really sorry, except Lehmann who was not involved in any way.

That was a beauty of an over from Rabada...

And now Warner runs Bancroft out... stop listening to your seniors....
