Bancroft is a grubby cheater. Mohammad Aamir was an 18 year old kid coming from poverty in a village in Pakistan and thrown onto the big stage and made a mistake and he got crucified, rightly or wrongly. Bancroft is 25 years old, he's not "a young kid"!!

Yeah I'm surprised at the sympathy he's getting. I think people see him as that dumb kid in class who you could convince to do the dumbest things.

He certainly doesn't present as an intellectual.

No particular sympathies for Aamir, and absolutely no sympathies for Bancroft. Maybe that headbutt from Bairstow's knocked some stuffing out...I just don't think he's been hung to dry by Smith blah blah. They're all as bad as each other...Smith particularly so but Bancroft is not a young kid just listening to his senior as its being made out to be.
