Wow.. Kumble 17.3 4 48 7

I was wondering why cricinfo hadn't refreshed yet since i last saw it at 217/7.. refreshed it and i was like WOAH.. 235 A.o.. and big feat from kumble who has been a champ for them lately..
Is it a pretty good spinners track? looking at the wicket list ( 7 to Kumble 2 to Harbajan ) .. it seems so..?
Bounce...which did the trick

Its a disgrace to hear Slats go on about why walk.

I mean, god.

If you are out, the honorable thing to do is walk.

Atleast the Aussies show that they play fair, I would never in a fit see Ganguly walking if it was an indecisive decision.

I wait for somebody to prove me wrong, but I still can not get over his one-hand-one-bounce appeal in the World Cup.
ure right mate...I don't think u will ever see a sub-continent player walk

Clarke drops another catch. Add that to one in the first test and one in the Champions Trophy.
Why the hell isn't Hayden at second slip. Clarke has hands of concrete - everything bounces out.

Chennai is a very hard pitch. Hence it affords good bounce to the quicks , who will get wickets if they bowl well. However spinners too like bounce, esp; Kumble and Harbhajan , which is why they will always do well here (given that the pitch turns too) .

God I love Gilly, he's such an honest cricketer, and a great guy. I saw him on the news playing with the young Indian kids in the slums, it's just great to see. :)

Oh and GOOD ON YA KUMBLE! What a fight back by India! The commentators were saying only Harbhajan was going to bowl Australia out, but we have two champion spinners in this team, never forget Kumble.
Got to agree 100%

Gilly, your an absolute CHAMPION and one of the most honest cricketer's in the world. He's one of the players who should rightly be idolised for being such an honest and brilliant player.

Kumble as well, he's been such a good servant of Indian Cricket for the past 12-15 years. Kumble your an absolute CHAMPION too.

Brilliant day's play, and there's still more to come.
