They can always have their part-time keeper pull a hamstring "injury" so he only has to bat and a specialist keeper in the squad can do all the keeping as a sub
It's KS Bharat at the moment, and Upendra Yadav behind him. Nothing's set in stone so who knows really how the team management might go.

He has always been a wicket keeper though. There was a bit of DKitis when MI had QDK keeping but he has been keeping wickets since 2020 almost always if i am not wrong.
Kishan didn’t keep wickets in the last two fc games for Jharkhand. the last time he kept wickets for them was in 2020 although he did keep wickets for India A a year ago. Bharat and Upendra Yadav have been ahead of him as the keeper in the A team though and I’d say Bharat has been the chosen reserve for a while now and he deserves to play
Yeah I wasn't keen initially as felt India needed an aggressive type replacement for Pant, but looking at the alternatives the first class numbers aren't that good such as Samson and Kishan. Pant lets not forget had insane first class numbers before he made his test debut.
I think Bharat will start but I do expect Ishy Kishy to make the squad. Depends on how he goes in the ODIs.
