Not much of a shot really either. Well done Gilo, you`ve done it again.

Why did Langer have to keep advancing EVERY ball? :-O

We need a huge partnership here. Hayden 100 and Ponting 50 would do me fine.
I'd prefer a Ponting 150-200 with Hayden chipping in with a century. Hey, you can always hope

At least I was being slightly realistic. :p
Being unrealistic would be saying Ponting and Hayden both with triple centuries. I mean, we've seen Warne, Lee and Kasper put on more runs than the top order have of both sides this series at times. You just never know

It's amazing that with all the technology we have now with regard to delivery tracking etc those who aren't watching on TV are still stuck with poorly written text commentary. I checked out the Major League Baseball website once and watched a game on there with their online viewing thing (free, I might add), and it had so much information. You could see on a little online diagram where the pitch went, what the batter did, where it was hit to and what happened etc. Even AFL has little diagrams now showing you what is happening. Cricinfo is pretty poor in comparison.

Just a random off topic rant after looking on cricinfo for a second there, don't mind me. ;)

Strange batting by Langer & Hayden against Giles.

Couple around the bat, couple in in-field, the rest on boundary.

Look at Ponting - nudges into gap, hits occasional ball for four. Easy.

No need for sweeps, etc.

Wicket looks flat athe moment - no reason for anything other than large total.

Amazing how much quicker Lee looks than any English bowler.

game interestingly poised...if the aussies make it through the day without losing more than one wicket, they will have at least one well set batsman to start the day tomorrow...
