whereas you're just regurgiating tired old cliches, which never ammount to anything.
Uh-huh. I see modesty is one of your many virtues as well. After this, I can't see myself being bothered to dignify any more of your posts with a reply, unfortunately. Enjoy the Ashes.

Yeah, you're a downright genius hey. Like when you said that Lee hadn't taken a wicket all tour, that the Edgbaston test was over from when Ponting got out and so on.

Give yourself a pat on the back.

I don't think I said that about Lee, just Gillespie or Kaspa.

Not out. Two wickets on the first ball after a break, rather worrying. Unfortunate that Gilchrist has to come out late in the day again, not ideal at all.

Oh dear, oh dear. The end of an era.

We are witnessing the changing of the guard, gentleman.

Needs to be huge revamps for the next test. I'd like to see Hodge & Hussey in the team. As well as Tait & Macgill.

Have to wonder why he didn't play at that. Lapse of concentration there.
Truly is amazing how many balls aimed at off stump, hit off stump.

God knows what Katich was thinking.

It's the pressure of chasing 440.

The collapse was completely inevitable. Australia have no balls.

If that happens you can definitely kiss the ashes goodbye...hense it wont :) Tait for Gillespie is the only change id make. But id imagine Kasprowicz will get the nod ahead of Tait.

If Gilchrist is kept in the pavilion until tomorrow, Australia still have a reasonable chance of making a decent total, and if they get within 100 of England they certainly can't be ruled out. A lot will depend on the Clarke situation I imagine.

A repeat of the Katich/Gilchrist partnership in NZ earlier this year would be nice. :) Katich really needs to work out a more effective technique against Giles though.
What was the NZ bowling attack in that game? ;-)

they can be kissed goodbye anyway, so they may as well try something different.

Remember that phrase England have had to hear about skeletons in the closet for the last decade? Well it now applies to Australia.

On a side note, the fact Jones and Flintoff are showing they can reverse the old ball bodes VERY well for the upcoming winter tours.

aussies with their backs to the wall...wow!!! never thought i will see that in this series....but then they are the most resilient of cricket teams and writing their ashes obituary right now would be highly premature....
