Regarding Langers, yes it was clipping the side of the stump, so OK give it out, but also give out Warne's few LBW's which are hitting middle stump half way up.

Gilchrist was batting very intelligently there (and proving that comparisons to Flintoff are extremely unfair), and was showing Gillespie the faith he deserves. It's a pity about the Dizzy LBW, but as far as I understand it, the rule says if you're struck in front on the full, the umpire's to assume it was going to go straight on - so I don't see how Koertzen had much choice.
Australia will have to do something extraordinary not to lose this match. I can't see it happening, myself, but it's so often a mistake to write the Aussies off when they're down.

It should be. If England get over 250 in their second innings they'd have to do something ridiculous to lose from there. The pitch is fine so I don't see why they shouldn't be able to do that.aussie said:
