I'm sure Flintoff will have been marginally past or on the line before that delivery and if he'd have been called then in the first place he'd have adjusted and the delivery he got Langer with would have been a legitimate delivery. Anyway they should go back to letting the 3rd umpire call no-balls.

Have you seen his county stats? He's got the best strike rate in the competition outside a player who's only had three or so innings, if I remember correctly - 450 or so runs at more than a run a ball. Maybe it was all just a change of strategy for him coming into the Ashes?

Did you see the interview where Clarke said something along the lines of 'when all of the boys go out playing golf I like to go shopping with Watto'. That made me realise that while he might be quite a good batsman, he may have a touch of oestrogen in him
