Great Birtannia
U19 Captain
Birt, yessideshowtim said:he has huge wraps from everyone who has seen him play. lehmann (although i must say he is a tad bias towards SA) has said he is the most talented young batsman in the country at the moment. speaking of talented batsmen we also have travis birt (scored 99 on county debut), cameron borgas, callum ferguson, george bailey, dominic thornley...and none have played an international match. we have a fair bit to look forward too.
Ferguson, yes although struggled a bit this summer just gone.
Borgas, no
Bailey, yes
Thornley is 27 - A bits and pieces one day player ala James Hopes, however a very solid FC batsman.
Hussey is 28 - Good ODD player, average FC cricketer who has only had one good Australian summer when the vics won the shield.... Dave Hussey, Marcus North, Aaron O'Brien, COSGROVE is the main one, he wont only perform in the one dayers but also in tests. he might get dropped looking back at past performances by selectors over inconsistency. He will start well though.
North, 26/27 and no.
O'Brien, not yet.
Cosgrove, yes.
Does cricketweb have a Simon Katich is a crab/Jaques for pm bandwagon? I would like to join
