Strange things happened to the cricket ball the last time an Australian batsman shoulder tackled an innocent player in the opposing ranks. Might be a chance we can get a couple suspended again.

only 5,8 apparently, slightly less than kohli. This is ok for batters in the modern game though, batters generally do not need to be tall. One of the few sports where being tall isnt necessary to be successful(see Sachin for example, hes short at 5,5). Lara 5,8, ponting 5,9, Smith 5,9, just average height.

Best way to calm an angry little man is to show them love.
He did that to get Kohli away, then he put his arm around Konstas.

Ussie handled it excellently

He could've given it to Kohli, but then it becomes a bigger thing, and probably disrupts Konstas' rhythm

Ricky Ponting mentioned today that Konstas is taller than him, when someone brought up that people were calling Konstas "pint sized Punter".

Honestly, I will be disappointed if Virat did not apologize for this. Need not be public or anything but surely he owes Sam an apology and its also the best way to put it behind you. Look its human to make mistakes, even ridiculous ones like this for no reason. Just man up, admit it and apologize, move on.
